Editorial Standards
How AI Vanguard researches, writes, verifies, and maintains its content. Our commitment to accuracy, independence, and practical value.
Independence
AI Vanguard does not accept payment, sponsorship, or affiliate fees from any vendor, platform, or tool provider in exchange for favorable coverage. Every tool review, comparison, and recommendation is based on independent evaluation against our published methodology. We disclose any potential conflicts of interest explicitly.
Research Process
Primary Source Research
We start with vendor documentation, API references, published benchmarks, regulatory filings, and academic papers. We do not rely on secondary coverage or press releases as primary sources.
Implementation Experience
Our most valuable insights come from real deployment experience — either from our consulting engagements or from documented production deployments by named organizations. “We tested it” carries more weight than “the vendor claims.”
Expert Review
Technical content is reviewed by practitioners with direct experience in the covered domain. We do not publish content on topics where we lack hands-on expertise unless we clearly state it is based on external research.
Ongoing Verification
Published content is re-verified on a regular cadence. Pricing data, tool capabilities, API specifications, and vendor positioning change frequently. Each article displays its last verification date.
What We Will Not Do
Accept sponsored content
No vendor-written articles, no paid placement, no affiliate-driven recommendations. Our business model is consulting and original research, not advertising.
Publish unverified claims
If a vendor claims “95% accuracy,” we verify the claim methodology, test conditions, and real-world applicability before citing it. If we cannot verify, we say so.
Recommend without caveats
Every tool, architecture, and approach has tradeoffs. We present both advantages and limitations. If something works well in specific conditions, we specify those conditions.
Corrections Policy
If we publish something inaccurate, we correct it promptly and transparently. Corrections are noted inline with a clear timestamp. We do not silently edit published content without disclosure. If you identify an error in any AI Vanguard content, contact us and we will investigate and correct if warranted.
